PNG with a transparent background is best. High-resolution files give the cleanest results. If you're unsure, send what you have and we’ll review it.
DO YOU CHECK MY DESIGN BEFORE PRINTING?
Yes. Every design is reviewed to make sure it prints correctly. If there’s an issue, we’ll reach out before production.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Production time depends on the product and order size, but most orders are completed within a few business days before shipping.
DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICING?
Yes. Our DTF and business packages are built for bulk orders with better pricing per piece. Reach out for custom quotes.
CAN I ORDER JUST ONE CUSTOM ITEM?
Yes. For personalized gifts and rugs, you can order single pieces with no minimum.
WILL THE PRINT FADE OR CRACK?
No. We use high-quality materials and printing methods designed to last through regular use and washing.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
Since items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or issue with your order.
