CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

All embroidery includes:

  • Left chest logo placement
  • Up to 15,000 stitches max

Additional Charges

  • Digitizing Fee: $20 (one-time for new logos)

  • Right Chest Name: +$8 per item

  • Designs exceeding stitch limits may require additional charges

Order Requirements

  • Business/Uniform orders must meet minimum package quantities

  • No single-item orders for embroidery packages

Design Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Correct spelling

  • Correct color selections

  • Uploading high-quality logos

We will not redesign or heavily modify artwork unless discussed as a custom order.

Order Refusal Rights

Art Is Xpreshin LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any design we cannot properly execute

  • Cancel orders that exceed machine limitations

  • Request additional payment for complex designs
