All items are made to order.

• Embroidery/ DTF Orders: 7–10 business days

• Rugs & Custom Items: 10–21 business days

• Large/bulk orders may require additional time

Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and design details are approved (if applicable).

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• 2–5 business days (U.S.)

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Address Policy

If an incorrect shipping address is entered:

• We are not responsible for lost packages

• Customer must cover reshipping costs
