CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

All products are custom-made to order. This includes embroidery, DTF prints, tufted rugs, and personalized gift items.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information (names, colors, sizes, and design details) is accurate before checkout.

  • Mockups or confirmations may be provided for certain orders. Once approved, no changes can be made.

  • Art Is Xpreshin is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

DESIGN & FILE RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers must upload high-quality images for DTF and custom designs.

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality files may affect final print quality.

  • By submitting a design, you confirm you have the legal rights to use that image.

  • Art Is Xpreshin is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

HANDMADE & CUSTOM VARIATION DISCLAIMER

  • All items are handmade or custom-produced.

  • Slight variations in color, size, stitching, or design placement may occur.

  • These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are clearly listed and calculated based on product selections.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • For large or custom rug orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before work starts.

BULK & BUSINESS ORDERS

  • Bulk discounts apply automatically or as stated.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming all sizes, quantities, and details before submission.

DESIGN ADJUSTMENTS

  • Some designs may be adjusted slightly for:

    • Embroidery limitations (stitch count, size)

    • Tufting feasibility

  • These adjustments are made to ensure the best final product quality.

RUG ORDER AGREEMENT

By submitting a custom rug request:

  • You agree to receive a quote and mockup before production.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

  • Final pricing is based on size, detail, and complexity.

  • Completion timelines vary depending on workload and design.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Art Is Xpreshin reserves the right to refuse any order that includes:

  • Offensive or inappropriate content

  • Copyrighted material without permission

  • Designs that cannot be produced to quality standards
