REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Art Is Xpreshin LLC – Refund & Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items that have been customized, including but not limited to:

  • Embroidered garments

  • Dtf printed garments 

  • Custom rugs

  • Personalized gift items (names, initials, dates, etc.)

Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement Only)

We will offer a free replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a production error (wrong design, incorrect stitching, or defect caused by us)

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

We do not replace or refund items for:

  • Customer input errors (misspelled names, wrong color selections, etc.)

  • Slight color differences due to screen displays

  • Change of mind after order is placed
